TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you must agree to these terms.
01 | General
⬨ full payment is required upfront

⬨ payment is through Paypal (USD)

⠀ ⠀↳ i will occasionally take deviantart points
⠀ ⠀↳ i will also accept iTunes gift cards (CAD)

⬨ by commissioning me, you are giving me permission to post it

⬨ refunds are available only if i have not started yet
⠀⠀↳ once i have started, only i can request a refund
⠀
⬨ i have the right to refuse any commission

⬨ i have every right to cancel a commission in progress

⬨ rude behavior and scamming is not tolerated, and will result in a commission cancel.
⬨ i block people who make me uncomfortable. do not whine about it, as i am keeping my social media space a place i enjoy. complaining about it may get you blacklisted.

02 | Art
⬨ by default, all commissions come with personal use:

⬨ i still own the rights of the finished commission. you are not allowed to profit off of and advertise using my artwork

⬨ you cannot claim the artwork as your own

⬨ proper credit to me must be provided when sharing the final product

⬨ watermark may be requested to be less disruptive, but cannot be removed
03 | Designs
⬨ you may use a design you rightfully own however you like

⬨ you may not claim yourself as creator of the design, regardless of how much you redesign. if i request creator credit on toyhouse, i expect to receive it

⬨ you cannot sell a design you received in a gift or trade if there is no additional art

⬨ you also cannot sell a design for more than its base worth, if there is no additional art you received
⠀
⬨ you may not trade, gift, or sell any one of my designs to a blacklisted user

⬨ you are not allowed to make a new closed species using my designs unless they were specifically commissioned for that purpose

Okay! I’ve ordered a commission, what now?

01 | Please wait for me to contact you! Slots are not first come first serve, so if you don’t get picked, feel free to try again next round!
02 | If i do contact you, full payment is required upfront.
03 | After you’ve paid, i will start the sketch. I will send the sketch wip for approval- this is when you request changes!
04 | Depending on what you picked on the commissions form, you may receive more progress wips.

⠀ ⠀↳ commissions may take 3 months at the VERY maximum
05 | The final product will be sent to you in the form of an image link- no email needed!
06 | Minor changes (like some color edits) are allowed to be requested even after the commission has been finished. If i feel the change is a hassle, i will request an additional fee accordingly.
